Overall, I think it's nice apartment. Rent is crazy high. When our 10month first lease was up, our option was either to pay $100 more if we decide to do one year lease or $250 more if we do month-to-month. Leasing office staff are nice so far but not very good with follow up. I'm pretty laid back with alot of stuff so I won't really care much about late response unless it's emergency. They have been doing alot of upgrades such as new bigger gym and new paints all around the units however doesn't seem much for what residences pay. Recently hired security but all he does is to kick people out of pool after hours. Not feeling safe about having security.. Didn't hear anything about crimes but feel likes it could be a reason that residences are not aware of. Neighbors are nice with boundries. I live right by main Road but unless you're extremly sensitive, I think noise level isn't too bad(I'm from Big city.. noise doesn't bother me much) Only reason I ended up choosing Signature Point even though rent is crazy was that it's in perfect location. Walking distance to elementary, middle and high school as well as groceries markets and alot of restaurants. I feel pretty safe here except that it's close to Main Road and gate is open 9am-6pm everyday!
Overall.. I'll keep on living here as long as my financial allows me to just because it's one of nicest apartment in location I want.
For 2-3 bedrooms you get two car garages so unless you have people over all the time(which you probably shouldn't complain about parking spaces.. your neighbors should tho!) There are limited guest parkings but you can always park across street and walk. If you have one bedroom and have two cars, well.... you're not managing your financial well.
