The management, especially the on-site manager, are rude, discriminatory to women, and do things that are outright illegal. Just one example: When my lease was up, I wanted to renew it, and it took 2 months for the manager to get the paperwork together. Then he informed me that my rent had been raised, and I was responsible for paying "back rent" for the 2 months that my lease was effectively lapsed. It took threats of legal action to get him to drop this. The onsite manager gives male tenants preferential treatment regarding rent increases, lease terms and noise complaints, and the property management always backs him up.
