I just moved out of the Silver Spray and I enjoyed my time there. Despite what others may mention about the old on-site manager, he was such a nice man. He always said hello and made sure that everything was going alright in my studio. If there was ever a problem in the studio it would be fixed with in 24 hours. Really a great guy. However, I am not very impressed with the management company, southwest management. I moved out a little over a month ago,and have yet to receive a deposit back. It has been a pain getting in touch with them to see what is taking so long. I am afraid like the previous statements that I will have to take legal action.
