At the time ..the rating on this site was at 78% now it's down to 50%. Let me explain as to why it's dropping in approval ratings. The manger explained that they have a very "little","tiny" bug problem and they have a company that comes out and sprays about. SO it's no big deal....Well the "little","tiny" bug problem is a LIE it's a very LARGE bug problem!! From flying roaches, large sliver fish, infestations of white ants,gnats it's makes living in these apartments a nightmare.We have asked them to come out and spray less then two months of living here. We had to repack everything only to see it cause even more bugs to creep into our place. Mostly large flying roaches which like our window and our bed. The rent is way to high for such damaged apartments. The drains don't work for the shower and the toilet ,they will clog! Mold and fugues grows in the apartments and they ask you to clean it up because the apartment is don't have proper ventilation. If you are forced to live in the back of the apartments the trash can is right in front of the entr es which make throwing out the trash a trip and half. It looks nice on the out side but don't be fooled these apartments are falling apart!! Don't waste your money find another place that is better and well kept and is not infested with bugs.

If you kept your apartment clean you probably wouldn't have roaches!
