Well kept apartment buildings and grounds From: bsmith@qualcomm.com Date posted: 3/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived in the complex twice and everytime I have been met with professionalism and courtesy. The grounds are well kept except for few times they have cut the grass at 8:00am on Saturday. Complex is constantly patrolled by security guards. (Great) Gym facilities are clean and well kept and equipment is taken care of never broken always usable. The laundry facility is cleaned everyday excpet the weekends. Maintneance is pretty good about getting things done if needed. Couple of day wait but ok. Rent is kind of steep.
