I have lived at Summer Brook for two years, I was very happy at first, the management and security were great. We were kept informed every week about activities and plans. But then they changed the Manager, and everything changed, there's now hardly any security, there's vandalism all the time in the laundry rooms. Yesterday they cut the water around 8:30 am without notifying anyone, I was in the shower all covered with shampoo and soap when this happened. I'm very disatisfied with this management. The way things are going I'm not planning on renewing my contract this year.
