I lived at Summit Park Village for 1 1/2 years. It is great place to live. I have lived in many apartments and they all have similar issues. You will always have to deal with neighbors. I was lucky to have good neighbors most of my time here. The office staff was always helpful if there was an issue. The couple times that we needed maintenance, they came over and fixed everything. They are great!

I read the reviews below and find it interesting that people have such negative things to say. While I realize this is a website that people can go to and complain about everything, I can't help but wonder what the other side of the story is. Some of these reviews are rediculus.

I would recommend Summit Park Village to anyone that is looking for an apartment that is pretty big and a management team that tries to solve everyones issues. (some should just deal with their own issues). Hope this helps those that are looking for a good, quiet, clean apartment with lots of parking in San Diego.

Has it really come to this? Summit Park is having their own staff write good reviews. Unbelievable! I've got an idea...why don't you just work on improving your facility as well as your customer service? It will take time to turn a peice of crap into something decent and/or average, but if you work together as a team then I'm sure you can do it. On second thoughts, just tear the place down and start all over.
