Summit at Mission Bay

Great location - terrible new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This community is now called the Summit at Mission Bay, but I prefer the name Bayview Summit. This is a fantastic location with a friendly community of residents. The floorplans are great with lots of closet space, even though the apartments aren't very big. If you have a garage, the parking is easy, but otherwise, forget trying to find parking after 6 p.m. and your friends won't have a chance to park here at all. I moved out in Dec. 03 and six months later the management is still promising me my pet deposit back, but all they do is promise. If you don't expect to interact with the lousy management, this is a good place to live.
