nice location, old buildings, TERRIBLE management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The management staff is truly the most incompetent I've ever met. We moved from one apt. to another and are still waiting to get our security deposit back, and it's been a month. We're afraid we'll have to take them to court. Let's see, within the first week here's what has happened: drains got clogged first day we were here, dishwasher overflowed, paint peeling, the shower tiles and grout were PAINTED white, a maintenance man walked in on us unannounced while we were sitting watching TV, the management co lost our mailbox key and WE had to got to the post office several times to get a new one.. took weeks, they messed up the billing and "fixed" it by fudging numbers, they failed to credit us with part of our security deposit until we pointed it out, when we tried to tell them how upset we were with all this they literally pushed us out of the management office. Truly horrible experience.
