Worst apartment - EVER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I know when you write a review you are suppose to be constructive, but its hard in this case. Well I can say the location is good and thats it. This was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. It was ok awhile back, but it seems like the complex is losing a lot of residents and in order to fill the apartments, they will rent to anyone. The 1 BR apartment in the building across the way, seems to me, to have been rented to about 5 young guys. Its bad enough for me, I can only imagine being the apartment above them, or sharing a wall. Beyond this there are a lot of other problems. Good luck with parking unless you are home by 600, the rent is too expensive, it does not feel safe, the walls are thin, the nieghbors suck, the grass is overwatered (swamp land), there is a lot of noise from the road, the small number of laundry rooms are busy, and very dirty. I hate this place.
