Terrible Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The apartment I lived in at the Summit had extensive plumbing problems, the waste water from the sink would always back up into the tub. Good luck getting any anything fixed by the "maintainence" department, Those guys did little more then hand out in thier garge/office listening to music. The management sucked as well. Management referred everything to maintainence, who in turn would say everything had to be approved by management. The rent was way too high for what you got in return.
