This was the most unprofessional, lackadaisical, frustrating, and insulting place I have ever lived at. I had a vandalism occur and I knew that it was the upstairs neighbor, he was arrested and subsequently admitted he was the vandal. The complex did nothing to help, they actually blamed me. Before researching anything the manager (who is never available and when she is she's not at all helpful) told me that I had to be lying and I had to be involved, when the young man involved had just sign a sworn statement that this was random and his fault. They did not send out notice to any others as before he was caught he had done this and I advised the manager of it to no avail. The are rude and all they care about is getting the rent. There is no parking and the interior is very poor, not at all like the model. My experience was so bad I am filing a negative rating for them with the BBB for the first time ever in my life. Do your self a favor and move somewhere else, the amenities seem nice at first but the hours are horrible. Who has a jacuzzi that closes at 9pm and a business center that closes at 5p on the weekdays and is closed on the weekend, that doesn't help. But most of all the management company sucks, they don't care about you they just care about money. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors conversations word for word, overall this place gets a big Booooooooooooo from me.
