Since the day I moved into this complex it has been nothing but headaches. After living in the apartment for less then six weeks I come home to find a leak in the roof of the bedroom. We live on the second floor and the Managment did not fix the roof before we moved in and all of our stuff was ruined. Managment appologized, but suggested I wash my $300 comforter sets a few times to get any stains out. No more than Six months after that the sink in the kitchen clogged up and backed up in the bathroom. Upon calling Maintenance and not receiving a phone call back until an hour later, the guy refused to come saying it was too late in the night to show up. I left numerous messages on the Managment's main line and received no phone call, ever!! The heating does not work, the apartment has a old rotten building oder to it, Parking is a complete nightmare, Cabinits are so old they fall off, when you park on the street your car gets hit. But the biggest of all is the Customer service at the office they don't care about the tenants or their issues. This place is not HOme its HELL!!! Whatever you do, dont make the same mistake I did, the price is fair but not worth all the headache that comes along with it....You get what you pay for!! STAY AWAY FROM THE SUMMIT AT MISSION BAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
