Worst Apartment I EVER lived in!!

At first the apartemnets looked great... but... after a few months of living here we knew we made a mistake!
The management SUCKS!! They are only concerned about getting the rent from you. I guy in the office named Rich is the worst he will actually hound you days before the rent is due!! Asking to please pay the rent 'on time' when we always have!!
The parking is shity! Don't plan on leaving the apartment after 6pm because when you get back there will be NO parking anywhere but maybe 2 blocks away! You can pay for a parking pass but there isn't enough parking for everyone and the spots are only big enough for a small car, not trucks!!
The noise level of this apartment complex has made our lives hell with an infant! You can hear everything that goes on in the apartment below or above. The down stairs neighbors are so loud they wake my son at 2-3am all the time! We have complained to the office and NOTHING has been done!!!! We have called the police over and over and over and have gotten reports but the office still does NOTHING about it!!
The office manager Jodi has used bad language towards us and has talked to me and my husband in ways that No managment should! We went to the office to ask if something in the apartment could be fixed and she told my husband that he has a bad attitude. She continued to say that I (his wife) am scared of him and think that he also has a bad attitude! And went on using cussing.
The laundry rooms are trashy and used to have locks on the doors but when one broke I reported it to the office three times before they told me ' it's to expensive to buy new ones' Anyone can come off the street and steal your stuff! They aren't enough laundry rooms for the amount of people living here and it way too expensive! I went in to do my laundry once and found drugs stting on one of the washers and food in the washer. Kids use it as a place to hang out at night because they aren't locked and no ones around!!!!
The complex pool and workout room is in another complex a block away. You share it with 2 other bulidings with 100 units. It's very hard and crowed to use! The maintaince guys ride around in golf carts on the property and get mud all over the walkways and make deep holes in the grass! One of them was coming around the corner so fast he almost hit me and my son!
This is the worst place we have ever lived in!! And I don't wish this place on anyone!!! The managment, Jodi and Rich, are a nightmare and don't care about customer service!
