Management is full of lies From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   When we originally moved in we were told the utilities we had to pay was SDG&E and cable. However after we signed our lease we were told we also had to pay water and trash which is not according to personal usage. We have been here about 9 months and the bill has gone up about 30%. Also we decided to renew our lease for additional 6 months and signed the form they gave us. The form said to just sign and return and if you have questions go to the office. Well 1 week before rent is due they decide to call us and say we had to go to the office and sign the lease and the amount on the paper was wrong. They are completely unorganized and full of lies. DON'T MOVE HERE!!! We have had more problems with the office so I've contacted the corporate office and hopefully they will help.
