The Slums From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This place is a complete joke. If your expectations are extremely low then move in. If you are someone with minimal expectations this place still may not be for you. For the price it's horrid. There is mold in each apartment, the ground feels like you are going to fall through it. The plumbing is disastrous, both the tub and the sinks. PARKING: one word ATROCIOUS. If you get there past 7 p.m. good luck there aren't many parking spots left, you may think parking on the street isn't bad, well i'd feel the same if my car hadn't been hit at least 3 times in the 1 year i was there. Heating: they attempted to fix the heater 3 times, and it still doesn't work with out a jump start, literally i had to jump start the heater. If you call to leave a complaint you never hear back from management ever! Management and maintenance are incompetent, enough said. All in all if you want a roof over your head, and don't mind if the appliances will or won't work then feel free to rent there. Laundry can get ugly, people will pull your clothes out, and your clothes will get ruined at least once. I mean this with the utmost sincerity.
