It's Ok, more for students not families

I've been living here for a year. Yes, maintenance does attend to your requests fairly quickly but they still have persistent maintenance problem throughout the whole building. For instance, the year that I've lived here I received a notice literally every other month about shutting off my water. There are always plumbing problems unless your out of the apartment between 8am-12noon then you're fine. There are also a lot of dumb college students who live here. For the first half of the year somebody kept peeing in the corner of the elevator and somebody kept breaking the same exit sign. Occasionally the apartment does get loud but it's not too bad. Oh, and another horrible thing is that the fire alarm which pierces your ear drum goes off every 2 months that set them off 12 midnight or 2 am in the morning! So hopefully when you move in the dumb ass who always sets off the alarm moves out for your sake of a goodnight's rest. The good thing about living here is the location. It is 10 min away from SDSU and it's right across the street from vons and other shops.
