Roach infested!!! From: shaymarie99@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Ok well first of I when I came to look at the unit I was shown an apartment on the front side, then I recieved a call a week later saying that I would be moving to the back of the apartments facing a bunch of bushes, and a hill. Before I moved in I asked the manager who is no longer here, if there were any roaches and I was told no. Well, that was a lie. Not only do I have a lot of roaches, they are huge,a nd they have wings. Last week I cooked dinner and found 2 roaches swimming in my dinner. It's pathetic! I recently signed a petition created by the kids in the complex. Unfortunately a few older (15-17) kids were playing with a beebee gun and now none of the kids are allowed to play in the complex. ANother thing I realized AFTER moving in... if you're going to have company you have to walk down to the gate with your gate opener to let them in, there is no call box at the gate..luckily I dont live THAT far from the gate.Sometimes I just have my company push the gate open. Also there is no guest parking at all. Do not move into the ridge... no AC!!!!
