Unfortunately these apartments were in my price and I moved on in. The front gives you the illusion of them being okay but once you hit the back they are beat down.
They are not kid friendly! Kids are not allowed to ride bikes, skateboards, rollerskate or play ball on the grounds. Yet your pets can crap everywhere on the grounds. The security gate is worthless because you can push it open You have a water, sewage and garbage bill that can runs 50 dollars or more a month plus like an additional 3 dollar charge included you pay the company that sends you the bill. I was fortunate not to have roaches but I know many other neighbors that weren t as fortunate. Washing machines and dryers constantly broke, maintenance slow, slow, slow but it was only one guy taking care of it plus I would see him doing other things like cleaning up around the apartments. Parking was a joke! You will have people parking in your assigned parking if you don t have a garage. If you have company at times they might have to park all the way down the street and don t forget these apartments are in the hood. One summer cars were having their windows smashed. Oh and it s nothing to hear a car accident every other month or so because of the way people fly down Home Ave. Trying to get out of the apartments onto Home Ave could be a feat all in itself. Just another little tidbit cell phone reception SUCKS in your apartment. Only good thing I can say about the apartments was that I had good neighbors and couple of blow out BBQ because management seems to only care about that rent being on time.

you are dead on! I moved out and left a bunch of junk on the floor in my apartment. when i moved into my new apartments there were roaches in my stuff so now i am bombing my apartment like constantly because the roaches are getting bigger and bigger. I am really thinking about throwing everything away and starting over slowly but surely. Perla.. the manager is the worst manager you could ever have. She is not only a liar but I think she's a crook. I cussed her out on several occasions. we hate each other. if anyone moves into these apartments and thinks that they will be happy they are CRAZY!!!
