Very poor management From: msajor Date posted: 5/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My son graduated and moved out of his apartment a year ago. Today I received a call from a collection company trying collect $116 for cleaning fees. Neither my son nor I had received any communication from Torey Pines management about this debt. This was the first time we had heard of this. Although I was very cordial and assured them that I would take care of the matter immediately, they continued to make threats and tried to educate me on the seriousness of the matter. It was absolutely absurd. They went on to call me a dishonest person and hung up on me before I could finish what I had to say. It all came down to Torey Pines management's unprofessionalism and laziness. Instead of making an effort to contact their former tenants for outstanding balances, they sent them all straight to collection agencies. There's got to be a law against this. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
