YOU end up using sooo much electricity here b/c it is just sooooo dark even with all the windows open.
Not only that our house has a musty smell no matter how much you clean.
Totally not worth it.
Managment SUCKS!!!!!
I do not recommend anyone to live here! Parking is a total nightmare...impossible to park.

no one is ever happy, if the sun went directly into the apartment it would be too hot thus more complaints...parking is a total nightmare everywhere get used to it

you think you got it bad just read my reviews under costa verde south and costa verde. try an elevator out and see what type of view you have!
