New managment has made some very positive changes, there are no longer any access issues.

Parking is not great, but that will be revamped in the Summer (so I'm told).

This is DEFINITELY an exaggeration. I laughed while reading it because it is not accurate. While temping here I issued out gate keys with every new move-in.
