The Good: The maintenance crew is awesome and they do great work. They are fast, professional, and I've yet had a problem they couldn't fix or replace within a day or two.

The Clubhouse is now open during business hours when it used to be window shopping only - residents only get to see it through locked glass door. To use it for a day, fork over a couple hundred dollars.

The Bad:
-The place is falling apart because of a terrible rust problem. Water pipes leak rust all over cars on the bottom floor parking. Don't use the white railings by the stairs because they are only a thin shell of paint over solid rust.

Lighting is terrible on the 1st floor; you would never see the light of day EVER. This forces you to take either the second or third floor which you'll have to pay extra for to use more stairs.

The gym is a terrible excuse for a fitness center. Heard they are going to make it better; been hearing that since 2001. STILL WAITING.

The "business center" is so weak I get a laugh every time I walk by: a typewriting with no ink ribbon, 2 fossilized Gateway computers with tiny, flickering 15" screens - well, only one of them flickers because the 2nd one don't even turn on.

The only other good thing is that rent is reasonably low to accomodate its many faults. But the new management is trying to change even that. May I suggest FIXING EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU RAISE OUR RENT'
