not worth it!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Similarly to another tenants review, my disposal floods and has not been repaired appropriately, despite my many requests. The dishwasher also doesn't work, and the surround tub liner was installed over moldy and rotting walls. I think these units are older than others in the neighborhood and management refuses to "repair", prefering to "cover-up". It isn't horrible, but it certainly is not worth the price.
