Management is unhelpful. My rent increased as soon as my lease expired. Something went wrong in my apartment and the person at the front desk didn't ask "how can we help to fix the problem'"; instead, she asked "what did you do to cause it'" When I asked how long it will take to fix my toilet, I was told it would be several days until someone could look at it (too many other maintenance requests) so I should find another bathroom to use for the weekend.

A hidden cost: they require you to have renter's insurance. Also, you pay for water (including an additional and monthly billing service fee). Also, before you decide to move in, I would recommend that you read all the waivers that you will need to sign... (ie things that you will have to take responsibility for).
