New Managment has spolied experience

I am departing after being a resident for 2 years. I was happy with my apartment, and the maintenance staff was responsive, that s changed. The new management team is pretty lackluster. I was going to renew, but the rent increase was simply not justified. Parking can be a challenge, unless you have a subcompact car, but that describes San Diego parking in general. There were promises that the car park was going to be restriped and spaces reassigned, but that never happened. There is no A/C and the units can get very hot in summer, electric heat is inefficient and very expensive in the winter... don't turn it on unless you have to! There is NO HANDICAPPED ACCESS and recently the elevators have been experiencing outages. Bottom line... it has potential, if management wakes up. Occupancy is way down at the moment, which is not surprising. I did not have bad experience, but it could have been better.
