It is not worth paying that much to live there. Yes, it's serene there, neighbours are very nice,n Rent is decent considering its location. Management however,is extremely inefficient. They are nice, courteous and friendly when you are viewing, but once you sign the lease, they're not the least bit helpful.In fact, they often have a pained expression on their face when you approach them for help. Rather rude too.I've lived in several apartment communities, and have NEVER been treated so unsatisfactory-ly before.
The elevators are on one side of the building, so depending on your unit, you might have to climb 4 flights of stairs- Of course, you wont realise it till the day of your move-in, because they'll start you off from their second or third floor of the leasing office. Your regular U-Haul truck wont be able to fit thru the garage cos of the height, so, again, unless you're lucky to get the unit on the floors that the elavators serve (1-3, no 4)and you're near it (there's alot of dumb tiny 3-steps around the same floors), have a good workout.
The rooms are awkwardly shaped, not symmetrical.Some units have a bedroom with a slanted wall. Water/Sewer/Trash is paid to the bloodsuckers too.
The walkways outside the apartment is ridiculously narrow, and the material it's made of is very rough, you might scaff yourself pretty bad if you're not careful.
Oh- Laundry unit inside the apartment! - The washing machine is so tiny, you'll have to split your regular load into two, then dry twice- you get the idea- your bills are rocket high. Yes, there's larger communal washers and dryers on every level and the clubhouse, but you've paid for the washers/dryers in unit in the first place! Kinda defeats the purpose, doesnt it'

Finally, before you can say "renew my lease please", they jack up the rent- HIGH.
