the management sucks

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
The management sucks! We moved out and got letter about they will refund us with about $100. But never got that check. Tried calling them 34 times. Everytime the person said we will take a look and call you back. Never got any call back. They just tried every possible to get the money from you. If you rent an apartment near the road, very noise. You can image the Nobel Dr. and La jolla village drive.
