Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Parking: You'll get a tiny parking spot, and some guest parking spaces.
Noise: Do not live in middle or lower units.
Grounds: Nothing special.
Safety: Pedestrain doors keep unlock.
Construction: (again) Do not live in middle or lower units.
Maintenance: I don't know ... maybe I left there before anything fell apart.
Staff: They're just ... not helpful on anything.
Pet Policy: They're only allowed in some units.
Overall: For one-bedroom apartment around UTC $1,300, you can find better place.
