The apartments are nice, I've had no problem with the maintenance people who were always prompt and nice. As with all the apartments east of Genesee Avenue the noise can be unbearable when jets from the base fly over, which is usually between 4 and 50 times during the day, starting around 7:30am to 8:30pm. If you do not plan to stay in your apartment during the day, it's okay, but if you do, then be prepared for interrupting your conversation or being unable to hear tv when a plane goes by.
I've put a link http://home.san.rr.com/valentia/ to a sound file I recorded while I was on the phone with a collegue. Note in the middle of the conversation an F18 passed by.
Added to this they blow leaves almost every day, mowing and garbage trucks are adding to the overall noise during the day.
Management denies that noise is a problem, so don't trust what they say about this being a quiet place during the day.
