Valentia Apartments

Nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved in just a few weeks ago and was looking for a temporary place after a big move and break up. The management was exceptionally helpful and supportive. The apartment is pretty and so are the grounds. There are a lot of conveniences and extra details such as shopping carts in the garage, beautiful landscaping, crown molding inside, paint that isn't white!, wood floor in the kitchen and extra large balcony. I guess it depends on your location for noise, but yes there are military aircraft flying overhead. It's not too bad if the windows and slider are closed, and it hasn't kept me up at night. The amount of college students living in the complex is a drawback for me, I'm a young professional (past my 20s), but that is going to be the case in the UTC area and they haven't caused any issues for me personally as of yet. There are less than in other complexes in the area, there are also young professionals and maybe a few military. I've had a few maintenance issues, minor, and they were very responsive. Even the maintenance staff is nice. Overall I think it's a nice complex, with nice amenities and nice management. I'd recommend it, but I personally view it as a short term living space. Good luck!
