Avoid at all costs

My apartment flooded numerous times eventually destroying about $3,000 worth of furniture and clothes. What the water didn't damage the mold rendered toxic. It took four months to finally get reimbursement from the corporate office. Terrible management. Shoddy construction. Tennis courts overrun with little kids. Gym full of broken equipment that isn't repaired no matter how many times you report it to maintenance. Horrible place.
