Great location and some what decent size rooms. But construction and workmanship is very poor. They claim that is a complete renovation but its mostly new paint and carpet. The windows and patio door and old and ready to fall apart. Most unit have upgraded counter and cabinetry but like others had mentioned, the drawers and cupboards are tiny and nothing really fits in them.

security is a real issue here. Had my car broken into once and a month later stolen out right. Pretty much once a week, someone looses their car at this complex.

The HOA does not give a rats ass because majority of the people here are renters. Hence, things are that broken (i.e. gym equipments, light fixtures in garage, etc) doesn't really get repair. Most people that live here have little or no responsibility. The trash area is filthy and people don't pick up after their pets.

sounds like this person doesn't go to the monthly meetings. The NEW HOA just got a new security company in place and I've never seen trash around. About 70% of people i see pick up after their dogs...i wish that was a 100%. I've never had a problem with anything in my unit breaking.
