I loved living at the Venetian Townhomes but my HELL of a landlord made it such a headache. The best way to describe his is a scummy, shady, illegitimate -------. Not only has he tried to tack on over 400 dollars worth of fees to our rent, showed up unannounced and raised his voice to me and my roommate on many occasions but he refuses to follow any moral or ethic conduct at all. If you can live in this complex GREAT, but if it's under -----------------------, I'd think it over again....
We may be taking him to small claims over our deposit...
