I have to say that Ventana has by far the nicest apartment in San Diego. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment. It has washer/dryer in each apartment which is really convenient. It has only one guy doing maintanance but he is great, he has been there for more than 10 yrs and it is always done within 1-2 days which is really good compare to other apartments that takes months to do. You get one garage per apartment and open parking for your second car. The parking is never really a problem even at night there's always spot by the front. I left my car window down once overnight and nothing was stolen considering I have my portable GPS in there. The apartments are very roomy and very nice. The complex are around condos and houses which is a great neighborhood. Nice clubhouse too with gym.

I would not be moving out if it wasn't for the high rent, but I think for what you get this is a good price. I definitely recommend this place if you don't wanna worry about a bad apartment.
