When my boyfriend and I first moved into the complex we were really excited. We were told we were going to be on the pool and have a patio. The model also had new appliances and carpeting. We arrived and were very disappointed in the lack of new appliances and patio. So, make sure you know what your place looks like. We live in the 1 bedroom and it is a great size. Huge kitchen and bedroom. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. You are hit and miss with them. Sometimes they are there, sometimes they are off taking a 2 hour lunch break. Parking isn't bad at all but there have been several car breakins in the last several months (mine twice!). The trolley is right now the street which is very convienent. Not a bad price for a quiet place, but you always take the good with the bad. I will miss it but am still excited to be upgrading.

I agree with everything that was written except the thing about the staff. They were always there when I needed them. They even stayed late a couple of times for me. So...??????
