The leasing agents did not keep this fact a secret from me when I was on my initial tour, so you deal with it or find somewhere else to live. Villa Dorado has a true resort feel to it from the two vegas style pools to the home theatre there are more amenities than you can shake a stick at and all kept in great condition. The staff here are extremly helpful and courteous, always willing to go that extra mile for their residents. I have spoken to the leasing staff a number of times on various different matters since I moved in and all were handled very professionally and in a friendly manner.I have witnessed the leasing girls taking the initiative of completing cleaning tasks on the spot instead of calling in the maintenance crew just so the job can be completed quickly and provide a clean environment for the residents. So this review is very positive, but the large amount of reviews on this web site are negatively biased as those who have good experiences don't usually go to the trouble to write anything. Villa Dorado is a great resort style community with fantastic apartments inside and out, I wouldn't move my granny in here as the place is geared towards those in their 20's and 30's and you can expect to live in a environment with all the negatives and positives a young population brings with it. But overall Villa Dorado really does raise the bar in terms of service, amenities and living environment.
