A comfortable if a little noisy... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Havign just left here after a year all I can say is that apart from the odd insensitive resident who thought that shouting on the phone or playing loud music was perfectly acceptable at 2am to 4 am it was a good experience. The staff were always pleasant (though I only saw a 'security' guard once!), maintenance guys were wonderful and the condition of communal areas was ace! My one concern was security - the gates are often open and you never know who is walkign or driving around. All the fees were clearly outlined in the agreement and I haven't so far had a major issue on the settlement fees. In summary - a good place that for another year or two will be worth living in, but may show wear and tear pretty soon. Oh, and a very convenient location.
