Everything about this place is HORRIBLE, Except apt layout. Parking if you want to call it that is NOT adequate. It is not safe, We had (4 autos) 2 stolen and 2 broken into. When you come home from work on Fri don't move your vehicle until it is time for work on Monday. Noise ALWAYS!!! Not a family place!!! PARTY CENTRAL HERE!!!
Even people that have moved out come back to use the pools. Construction Equiptment takes up to much space. Maintenance we had our kitchen fixed 3 times before they finally realized it was a construction problem. Staff totally uncaring. They act nice until after you have signed the lease. SAFETY NOOOO. Cars flying thru the parking lots. Drunks driving on the sidewalks. My advice STAY AWAY from here. FAR AWAY.

So, it sounds like it is pretty much the same as when I lived there years ago. The staff sounds EXACTLY the same. Suuuper nice until you sign then nothing. And, I think it is beyond funny that construction is still going on. For anyone, ANYONE, going to talk to the rental staff, when they tell you that construction is almost over-you are being LIED to. I lived there in 2003 and they said it would be done in a month or so..it is, now, 2008. It is, however, kind of nice to have the tram and library so close (1 mile exactly).
