Besides the noise of the road,
Apartment Manager "Madeline Taylor" makes it hard to live in this building. She's constantly bothering tenants and eavesdropping. The owner needs to change his manager before his business lose too much tenants.

In addition, she's trying to save money maintenance wise, by not replacing fixtures that needs to be change. maintenace is slow and usually not done right the first time so need to come in again to redo.

In regards of rental fee, it raises ever year. It's a pain.

And for some reason, she doesn't want tenants to contact the owner for complaints.

Madeline Taylor/Hoban Management keep a copy of tenants' social security card and Driver's License on file. Is this legal'
