This apartmant is over rated. Our apartment was by the pool so we were not allowed to have anything on our patio without getting written up. No chairs, no mats, anything made Madeline mad. She forgot we had a cat and tired to get us in trouble, when she did have records of it written down. Things are slow to get fixed, and are done in the cheapest way possible. While I was alway one week my neibors above me put oil down the drain and clogged it and cause a flood in my apartment and nothing was done for the damage to my apartment. The didn't replace the smelly moldy carpet, or care my stuff got messed up. The manager madeline is so nosey feel like there is no privacy anywhere. Could always hear neibors above because the walls are thin. Close the parking lot all the time to fix, but the main way to drive in still is full of pot holes, and left you no where to park because street parking is timed and limited. Do not move here. Rent goes up with no offer to re-new lease!!!
