Aside from what the other reviewers have mentioned, I would like to add the following:
The construction of the building is poor. The floors will squeak when your upstairs neighbor walks around his/her apartment. Also, the windows will shake when upstairs neighbor walks near his/her window.

Be prepared to be harassed in the comfort of your own livingroom/bedroom, grocery store, your workplace, and everywhere you go even when you have left the complex.
