i live in these apartments and agree with the complaints about managment, i have tried to be as nice as i could be but she is just impossible. she kept tenants from even parking in their parking spaces if they had the smallest oil leak even though the back of the apts have potholes all over and she forced tenants to park on the street where there is only 2hrs parking at a time and parking tickets are constantly on the cars. sometimes all those spots are all taken at night leaving tenants to have to walk over a block in the dark. well she is gone now there is another girl who has been managing the apartment for only a little over a month now (may 2009) so far she is great. my only complaint now about the apartment is that it is just too small. only 600 sq feet for a 1 bdrm. but is very nice and has big patios/balconies. i always got quick response when requesting repairs and the maintanence man, mannie and he is a sweetheart. i have been there almost 2 yrs and my rent has not gone up
