i just moved in like a month ago, and everything has been wonderful so far! the new manager Roberta, she's just awesome. she's always there when i needed some help. she is the nicest manager ive ever met! her office hour is like 9am, but i always see her walking around checking things around 8:30am. and so many time i saw her was picking up those trash in our parking lot just because she likes to keep the area clean so the tenants are not living in the messy place. i really like this apartment, i think the size is perfect for me! nice big kitchen area, living room, bedroom and lots of closet spaces! and everything is close by, 163 805 balboa ave! and plus the manager is great and the maintance guy is awesome too, i love this place!!!
