The place looks nice from the outside, and it is convenient that they do not take you through the parking lot when you come here, because if you did, you would see all the uglieness that comes out when you rent here. There is a dumster with grafitti, and cars up on blocks. They cancelled their towing policy and because it is private property the san diego P.D. cant tow either, so when someone is parked in your spot you cant do a damn thing. The marines have an agreement with this place, so ninety percent of the people who live here are rowdy 20 something marines that all live in apartments together and party all the time. The trash is constantly overflowing with beer cases. It is noisy and when there is a party they dont do a thing about it. Management is nice until you say something and then the she devils come out to play. The pool is closed half the time, and the gym is just another playground for the many kids that live here to hang out in. I recomend not trying to use it because there will be a five year old hanging off the bars. All in all it is a pain, and maintenance takes 3-4 days to come and they dont tell you they are coming over. They dont even give you a call, just come right in.
