Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Lived in the three bedroom apt on the top floor which never seemed to get cool noo matter how high the a/c was on.Also dishwasher broke twice(new) and it was not a quick change out either. Over priced and under managed,maintained when it comes to getting things fixed.High crime had a new motorcycle stolen from the back parking lot.Gates are usually stuck open.Just not a good place unless you feel like living in a high class looking ghetto.Also had leaking pipes in kitchen that was never fixed(8 months).
