Rip-off

If you come in from the outside not knowing what sort of people live here you'd love it.

It is indeed beautiful with the ducks and landscaping but everything else is messed up.

I had 2 roomates and a boyfriend in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Whenever something broke it would take a few days at LEAST to fix it.

The A/C seemed to struggle to get the apartment cold so our blinds were always shut.

The security gaurds are really nice but that's their problem- that they're nice.

There were plenty of parties that went on unnoticed and people were pretty noisy.

My roomate threw one of those parties and did security do anything' (after I myself had asked him to please turn down his music because unlike him I am a responsible adult woman) Nope.

Maintenence was pretty unfriendly when something did break.

There were also some pretty strange people living there that if I had kids I wouldn't want to live there.

You would think that because it's rancho bernardo it would be 'nicer' but indeed it was not.

The rent there is a total rip-off for what you get.

Sure the apartment is huge, like a house even, and it's nice looking, but all the other crap that comes with it is so not worth it.

I would NOT live there again, that's for sure.
