I am recently married and this is the first apartment we have lived in, in San Diego. My wife is now looking at moving out of state because of all of the problems and lack of management we have had at Villaggio. Since we moved in we have been killing spiders left an right. We requested that the apertment needs to be bug sprayed or whatever the technical term for getting rid of all of the spiders is. Nothing ever happened, I let it go. Even though my wifes biggest fears are spiders, it wasn't killing on me to stop on them. In August we came home to an infestation of termites. I immediatley went to notify Lori the manager. She told me it would be taken care of that night. Knowbody showed, I went down there the next morning, nothing, finally on Sunday I went again and finnaly they had a maintnence person come and vacum up the termites and put painters tape around the window. On Monday I went down to talk to Lori again the main manager to make sure the termite people would be coming to our apartment that Tuesday, and she gave me attitude. I told her that if I wanted to live with bugs I would go camping. She said that it isn't that bad. Also I said that I didn't like haveing people in my apartment when we are gone, she said that isn't a big deal we should be able to accept it. I was beside myself. Termite guys came on Tuesday. Two weeks later the termites came back again, I went to complain again, Lori the manager was going to give me a call that night because she was busy. That night and two night after no phone call. Nothing on my machine or in my mailbox. I went to the office again and come to find out the termite guys couldn't find the point of entry so they did nothing. I complained again and they were out a week later. Finally we have solved this problem we can rest, or so we thought. Woke up this Sunday morning and the termites were all over again. What to do, management is dodgeing me termite guys can't fix problem. Complained again, termite guys will be out today to heat the wall to see if that fixes it. We have brand new furniture and last night I vacumed a lot of termites and even more wings out of our couches. I hope my furniture isn't doomed as well. Management is pathetic, they take no responsibility for anything and expect you the renter to bend over backwards for them.
