Villaggio doesn't care about you

I have lived at Villaggio for 2 years. Though the inside of the apartments are nice, I have to say that we have lived through three different management firms, and they have all been extrememly careless. We have several items that have been broken since move in, that we were told would be fixed within two weeks of move in...never happened, LOL! Villaggio LLC now owns Villaggio and they are changing the name to Waterbridge, so it appears. Hubby and I cannot wait to move at this point, the sooner the better!
Also, I think it is a joke that the owner actually thinks he can sell and rent these apartments as condos. Sad, hope he/she loses massive amounts of money...yes, I am bitter...sorry...but Villaggio has actually soured my whole world to Cali. We are so ready to go back East...but we will give it one more year, hopefully in a nicer place. Wish us luck, as we wish you luck in your search beyond this lousy place! RUN!
