an expensive ghetto too...

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
I lived there from Oct 98 to Oct 99. A few months after moving in the mgmt company changed from Fairfield to some company out of Boston. I didn't have any difficulties at that time. RB is overpriced as is all California. I only lived here to help my elderly parents.
Vilaggio had too many children at that time. Their noise was disturbing to me. But there were several playgrounds on the property which makes it a more suitable place for people with children. The location isn't good for someone who wants to walk to stores. The nearest best store now is a Vons, but it's on the otherside of the I-15. There is a shopping center that can be walked to in which there is a large drugstore, a laundromat, vet, bars, Taco Bell and a very good bakery.
The bedroom are next to the entries to other apts and wooden stairs that can be very noisy.
When I moved out I got a prompt and complete refund from the Boston company. Since then Fairfied has owned it again. It is now more expensive than where I live now, Carmel Terrace. I don't think it could be worth that because as other reviewers have mentioned it is the ghetto of RB.
